Jerry Ueslmann extended

Working further on my response to the work of Jerry Ueslmann. I have decided experiment by recreating my image as a cyanotype. A cyanotype is a photographic method of printing which is often used in creating blue prints as it is a simple and low cost way of copying drawings. In order to make my own cyanotype I have made the original image black and white as well as inverted it. This is because the image will be inverted again when creating the cyanotype.

After scanning in the cyanotype I have edited it in order to make the image clearer. This involved me drastically altering the curves and the levels to bring clarity to the branches.
