Nick Knight is world famous fashion photographer who often works with designers in order to push the boundaries created by conventional notions of beauty. Looking further in fantasy, here he has manipulated a photo to make it appear as if the flowers are melting. This melting effect is much more prominent in some areas compared to others, which aided by the vibrant colours draws the viewers attention to specific points within the photo. I also like this photo because of how he has used a vignette to obtain an aged effect. As I am unsure of exactly how he managed to obtained the melting effect, I plan on using multiple techniques to recreate his style. This will include photo editing and post print manipulation.
