Working with ideas for my inspirational photographers post I have looked into fantasy photography. I have worked with the idea of of alternate realities by combining images together. In my first attempt below I have used a suitcase with a staircase within to symbolize a door to another reality.
After these two quick attempts I took more photos of the suitcase in order to try and get it at the correct angle for photoshopping in the stairs as well as getting more photos of the ground behind to help remove the hand from the image.
Here I have attempted to remove my have from the image by overlaying another section of floor over it. I then used the eraser tool to make sure that it only covered the desired areas and to hide the seams between the two images.
Here I have taken photos of a selection of keyholes and then photoshopped a landscape from my cross processed work, inside the keyhole. The image to the left shows a greater depth within the keyhole however I prefer the photo to the right because of it's rugged appearance due to the worn away edges of the keyhole.
